On April 16, 2018, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., some teachers of the Chinese Section of Tsinghua High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University led all members of Xiyuan Poetry Club to successfully hold an elegant gathering activity named "Shangsi · Xiyuan" in Room 206, Block B。This event is also the Open Day of Xiyuan Poetry Society, attracting a group of students from different classes of the first and second years to come and experience, helping students to get close to, practice and learn traditional culture, and feel the charm of traditional culture。

The name "Shangsi" is taken from Shangsi Festival。This year, April 18 (the third day of the third lunar month) is Shangsi Festival。In the Wei and Jin Dynasties, the famous people often gathered in the mountains on this day to write poems near the water, and to enjoy the water。So there are Xie An and others Lanting poems handed down, Wang Youjun "Lanting collection preface"。It is a mugu style，To feel the students to spring, life, poetry and traditional culture feelings，All the teachers and students of Xiyuan Poetry Club take "singing poetry, tasting tea, painting and calligraphy" as the elegant work，Feel in the chant "One drink, one chant，It is also enough to enjoy the happy feeling of "(Wang Xizhi" Lanting Collection Preface ")，In the taste of tea, "Hugh thinks of the old country.，And try new tea with new fire。Poetry wine while the time is young "(Su Shi" looking at Jiangnan · Beyond the Tai "), in the hairpin bracelet handmade to know "double temples across the red, jade hairpin head wind" delicate (Wen Tingyun "Bodhisattva man · water fine curtain in quite Li pillow"), in calligraphy and painting to describe the orchid pavilion, think elegant。
