On August 11th, Long Yicchen and Jia Yucheng, together with other students from universities such as Shandong University and Hebei Normal University, held a heated discussion on the theme of "the establishment and management of associations"。
Topic 1: How can the establishment of a high school community obtain the support of the school
The High School attached to Tsinghua University has always strongly supported students to set up associations, and there are fewer obstacles in the establishment of associations。
Topic 2: Funding sources of the Association and how to better organize activities under the circumstance of limited social expenses
In the process of discussion, we learned that most of the associations have the problem of shortage of funds, in response to this problem, the representatives of Tsinghua High School put forward their own suggestions: first, to fight for the prize money of the top ten associations, and then to sell some social badges, bookmarks and other association peripheral products when doing roadside astronomy。In the case of limited social expenses, the existing equipment can be used to carry out roadside astronomy and other small popular science activities to improve the visibility and influence of the community。The delegates agreed。
Topic 3: Coordination between club activities and school official recognition
Tsinghua High School supports all reasonable community activities, but during the discussion, we learned that many universities are concerned about student safety and have varying degrees of restrictions on outdoor observation activities。In this regard, Tsinghua High School students gave their own suggestions: you can find teachers in the school to go with the team, reimburse their activities; In addition, it is best to go to a reliable, popular choice of stargazing places to ensure the safety of the activity。
